Overview:
April updates are designed to improve the efficiency and customization of event setup. Organizers will benefit from clearer registration tools, better content duplication, and refined visual elements across the platform.
Introduction:
Recent feedback highlighted the need for more flexible registration options, enhanced support for duplicating multi-session events, and updated visual standards for event pages and course portals. This release introduces a new pronoun field for registration, carries over more event-level details when duplicating events, and adjusts image resolution settings to ensure consistency and quality across attendee-facing pages.
Feature Updates:
Registration
- Organizers now have the option to include a "pronoun" field in their registration forms. When used, they have the additional option to include pronouns on attendee badges.
- Additional cosmetic fixes for badges.
Agenda / Groups
- When Agenda/ Groups is enabled and restricted sessions is set, Landing Page Registration Form is updated to display "Capacity Reached."
Duplicate Event
- Duplicating multi-session events now additional copies over "Event Level" items such as Description, Learning Objectives, and References
Course Portal
- Max width on course portal images has been updated.
- Bug in which 'Register' button did not display for some users registering via Course Portal has been resolved.
Landing Page
- Event landing page logo, background, and header images the maximum image resolution has been updated to 1920x1080. For the Event Small Image, max resolution has been set to 800x600. Aspect ratio will be preserved.
