Product Release Notes March 2025

Overview:

March updates are focused on increasing efficacy for teams working with a large number of CE approvals. These updates will help Account Managers and organizers monitor and manage a variety of approvals and reduce unnecessary clutter on CE certificates for participants.

Introduction:

Client organizations leveraging a large number of CE approvals reported limitations relating to approval functionality. Our Account management team additionally noted bottlenecks when applying multiple approvals. This update address their concerns by updating tools to more quickly add multiple approvals, reducing clutter of non-relevant approvals, and overall streamlining the management of CE approvals for organizers.

Feature Updates:

Certificates & Approvals

  • State approvals can be associated with specific disciplines, such that when an attendee selects that discipline when obtaining a CE certificate, other state approvals not associated with that discipline will not appear on the certificate. This allows us to reduce unnecessary clutter on the CE certificate, by only displaying state approvals relevant to the users discipline.
  • + Add CE Approvals field has been updated to multi-select so users can select multiple approvals to add at one time.
  • Organizers can now manually reorder approval statements displayed on landing and registration pages and certificate

Admin

  • Admin can now archive approvals no longer in use to declutter approval list view.
  • JA related approvals are now organized on a JA tab for admin to more easily navigate approvals. When applying JA approval to an event, the JA Approval is identified with a tag making it easier to identify.
  • Admin can sort order of approvals to customize Account Manager view.
  • Updates to allow admin to edit default forms on global templates.
  • Default Needs & Gaps form in now populated for admin to make edits. To make updates make changes in the form builder, click save. After being saved the updated form will be available in any new Ce-Go accounts. Select sync to update forms for already established accounts. Previously completed forms will not be altered by addition of new items.

Call for Proposals (CFP)

  • Organizers with a large volume of CFP submissions can now bulk assign reviewers by filtering, sorting, and selecting submissions and assigning to multiple reviewers.

Agenda

  • When adding an Agenda item the Agenda Description is no longer a required field.
  • In Session list, Agenda items are no longer displayed as virtual or in person.

Registration

  • Form builder updated to auto value multi-select type fields.

Event Creation

  • Initiated bug fixes for event set up wizard

These updates are designed to improve the overall CE approval management process, making it more efficient for both organizers and participants. We look forward to bringing you more improvements in the coming months.
