Use CE-Go generated landing and registration pages to communicate important information to your attendees about your agenda, venues, featured speakers and more. Landing pages are specifically designed to display conference information in a way that meets a variety of continuing education boards’ requirements.
Automate confirmation and pre-event reminder emails to ensure attendees have all the information they need to attend your event, and send off notifications on demand to keep attendees up to date.
Whether your conference is virtual, in person, or a hybrid event, CE-Go offers tools to monitor attendance and administer continuing education credits only to those who meet attendance requirements. For in person attendees, generate conference badges with QR codes and enable volunteers to scan attendees in with their smartphones or bluetooth connected scanners. Virtual attendance can be monitored via unique Zoom links and in session polls.
Every attendee is assigned a unique Attendee Dashboard link, to display the relevant conference information. Find links to join any virtual sessions, upload session handouts, and let attendees know room assignments for any in person sessions. After attendance has been verified, the Attendee Dashboard is also where your attendees will be able to complete evaluations and access their certificate of completion.
